What CDN banks aren't offering AP?

Some banks support Apple Pay but limited products. For example, Tangerine is only on their MasterCard (no debit) as well as PC Financial.

Capital One and Chase are also missing from the list.

Perhaps anyone here might know this.
I have my Apple Pay set up in china (Where I live).
If I travel to the US (or any other country where Apple Pay has already been rolled out) will I be able to use it there? Or does it only work with local banks?
