Is anyone able to log into the Natwest app? I can't seem to get in...

NatWest always take online banking (inc App) offline between 0100-0200 "for maintenance" ... Basically when the update everyone's balances.

I added my NatWest debit card but I have to call to verify and they're not in. I couldn't add American Express.

NatWest have told me that the text activation option is only able to people that have "level 2 security clearance" aka a card reader on the account or you sent the activation sheet in. If you don't have that then you can only do over-the-phone activation, which should be live by 7am.

To order a card reader:

• Log on to your Online Banking
• Press "Security" on the left
• Click "Order a card reader"

If you already have a card reader from another bank (e.g. Barclays):

• Log on to your Online Banking
• Press "Security" on the left
• Click "Enable a card reader"
• Note this option will only work 24-48 hours after you order your first NatWest card reader

I think the supermarkets should bring their reward cards to passbook, I would have a reason to use it then

You can't use it to travel, it's just there to give you Oyster balance notifications and journey history in Passbook/Wallet.
