That's interesting. I purchased one, tried to put it on but it was WAY too tight--couldn't get the tip of the Pencil to make it out the other end no matter how hard I twisted or tugged. Tried inserting the Pencil from either end, no joy.
What's worse is that the second time I couldn't even get the sucker off. Finally had to CUT it off.
Useless piece of junk, IMHO.
I love my Moxiware. The Pencil sticks securely to my iPP (with the Apple silicone case and Smart Keyboard) and it makes the Pencil easier to hold. Plus the Pencil cap sticks to the Pencil while charging on the iPP.Anyone else tried this? I was interested in getting this for the better grip feel mostly (and the magnet, sure) - but after reading this, it doesn't seem so good.

I kind of like those from Bholsa in Etsy, I am waiting for mine. Cool option to choose the outside and inside colour tho. www.etsy.com/shop/Bholsa

Well the cutout of the original Apple Pencil Box (it's paper, not plastic) didn't go well, but I've managed to remove the "MOTTAINAI" text with cleaning solvent/benzine. Now i'm thinking about other methods to fixate the Apple Pencil inside the Chopstick Case.
get some white Sugru. its like moldable epoxy. put 2 white pieces on each side and drop the pencil in the mold it. then pull then pencil out. perfect fit.
I've been eyeballing either a case:

Or some type of loop holder for inside my bag:

Or

Smart ideaHey just got my Chopsticks incl. the Case directly from Japan.
The Chopstick case looks great, it opens;close;locks great.
The Pencil fits inside the case.
Next i will try to fixate the Apple Pencil inside the case, maybe with a piece of foam, or by cutting out the original Apple Pencil Box inner plastic.
What are each of the kinds of wood in the pics?I ordered this one from a seller on Etsy. Looks AWESOME! Got the walnut (in the third pic) & getting my name engraved, too.

According to the seller's page...it looks like the lighter wood is maple and the darker is walnut. What are each of the kinds of wood in the pics?
Alright, Just wondering cause I like the one in that first picture but don't wanna order the wrong one lolAccording to the seller's page...it looks like the lighter wood is maple and the darker is walnut.
I'd contact him then. I like both, but prefer the darker wood. I ordered the walnut.Alright, Just wondering cause I like the one in that first picture but don't wanna order the wrong one lol
They actually start at £28 although the colours are limited. That said I rather pay more for a quality product that is going to last then a low price for something that will inevitably be need to be replaced plus won't look or feel as good and is not specifically made for the pencil.
