Apple Planning to Bring Back Some In-Person 'Today at Apple' Classes Starting on August 30

Why?

If you look at positivity rates in states, they’re either cresting or coming down. When the positivity rate starts to come down, cases come down soon after.

Huh? Does Apple not believe that COVID is peaking again? And of course they won't require vaccinations for those who attend, that would lead to more trouble than benefit.

Let's see how many days it takes before they reverse course.

Starting up (re-starting) projects and services.... only to have them TEMPORARILY SHUT DOWN is costly and stupid, from a business perspective. COVID Delta is surely going to get worse, before it gets better.

Apple could have easily delayed this "re-start" by a couple more months, when evidence starts to emerge that delta has already peaked.

Vaccinations only stop new variants by stopping the current variant before it can mutate. Not enough people got vaxxed.

Mutations weaken? Mutations mutate and they mutate more and more until you stamp out the reproductive process which isn’t happening because enough people refuse to get vaccinated and refuse to wear masks. Have you seen Lambda? You know COVID-19 is a mutation of Coronavirus, right? What do you think novel means?
