I did notice that and wondered about it. I took it for use on the upper floors of the building. I did not consider that it may stop at the elevated floor level, but that would require a side door in the elevator, along with the front entry door of the elevator.

Check e.g. this image and you can see that the elevator has an exit at the elevated floor level:

Ahhhh...OK, I see now. I did not think about this sort of arrangement. Good to see Apple made the site accessible for all. Thank you!

Just wait to see the price of the items sold in that store!!! No Neo's...too little profit to pay the rent!
Fun fact, due to the sinking dollar and increasing strength of the swiss franc, iPhone and other apple product pricing has down last last year..!

Wouldn't mind a store in Berne tbh, Zurich is too far away for me. That way I could have my battery replaced by an actual Apple retail shop and not some licensed 3rd party shop.

Other than that I don't see much value in brick and mortar shops for myself....

DQ Solutions in Berne is a licensed Apple Retail store, they have certified personel, the same equipment, same prices... Not sure why replacing your battery there would be any different than in an actual Apple Store.

And here I was enjoying the convenience of being nearby 😎
Lovely view from my office.

Meanwhile, there is STILL NO OFFICIAL APPLE STORE IN DENMARK.

Unbelievable. +70% of danes own an iPhone. Several Apple stores in our neighboring countries, Sweden and Germany. Where are you, Apple?Copenhagen is really, really nice.
Same goes for Norway.
