I just checked all of my recent Apple product boxes, and the formatting of the spec label doesn't match any of the recent Macs. So, even if for some reason Apple left the box art the same, they would have needed to have completely redesigned the spec label to use a drastically different format and reordered the little part that is formatted like body copy.
Looking at the text on the spec label, there are also inconsistencies in the print quality in line with what a home inkjet leaves. Apple's prints do not have that. The energy star disclaimer does not match what is used on Macs either. Those are two telltale signs that this is a fake.
