Mine is at the processing phase, but it still gives me that message.
And I can't even stay on hold with calling Apple. It says, "Screw off, we're busy" and hangs up.

I ordered mine at 3am, I called this morning 10:30 est, asked for a delivery address change, no problem. Change showed 5 min later, email came like 50 min later.
Who did you call? Every call I made to Apple has been unsuccessful as a recorded voice tells me their call volume is too high and then hangs up. I've been calling 800-MY-APPLE. Can you please share the number you called and were able to talk to someone? I'm really worried my phone will be shipped to the wrong address and this point!
YES! once your order is processing you can change it. Just click edit on your shipping address.
Yes, I changed my shipping address earlier this morning when my order hit the processing stage. Shortly after that, I received an e-mail from Apple confirming the changes.
Is everyone getting this message when they check the status of their order?
I was able to change my address this morning. But 30 mins later, i'm getting this now. not sure if it's due to the address change or just in general.
Trying but I keep getting an error message when trying to view order history. How long does the initial processing take before you can edit? I ordered about an hour ago (long story, ugh!) and last I checked its not yet in the stage where I can edit.
Took mine about 2.5 hours after my order was placed to start processing and funds drafted from my account.
Then I could change my shipping address, yours will get there soon!
How long does it take for it to go from "We have received your order" to "Processing"? Do you get an email notifying you that it moved into Processing?
Also, what happens to the sales tax if you change the shipping address to one in a different state? Will they charge/refund any difference?
Did you also have AppleCare+ in your order? Or was it just the phone?
Those who have successfully changed their shipping address - which carrier are you with? I still haven't been able to change mine and I'm AT&T.
