Apple Preorder - Change Shipping Address?

I finished two separate orders that include two iPhones (1 with applecare) at around 3:09am Eastern time and received the email within minutes. I then tried to change the shipping addresses because the billing address on my AT&T account goes to our business PO Box. The order with just the iPhone, i could change the shipping, the order with the applecare says "Your order is being processed. Please try again shortly. To make changes to your default shipping information, go to Your Account."
so im assuming all orders with applecare cant change their shipping addresses, i tried calling apple since last night/early this morning, no luck.
Hopefully i'll get through the phone or get it online.

I had an issue with my shipping address as well, but I wasn't able to change it on the website. I got this message:
If youd like to change the shipping method or shipping options for your order, please contact Apple Online Store Customer Service at 1-800-MY-APPLE. To make changes to your default shipping method, go to Your Account.
So I called this afternoon around 12:30 and spoke to an Apple representative. He said he'd updated my info, and that I'd get an email in a few days.
It seems bizarre that a shipping change will take multiple days to resolve, since it's just info in a field. Did anyone else have to call in to make a change, and have you already gotten your change of shipping notification?
When I check my order status, it hasn't updated to the new address. I'm thinking I may have to call again tomorrow.

I was able to change my shipping address, got a confirmation email from apple and saw it on my order status. I won't get it until Oct 5th but its ok.
My order is now processing and I was able to change my shipping address. Haven't gotten email confirmation though.
What an ordeal! I stayed up until 4 trying to get one and decided to give up when I couldn't find a way to change my address before submitting the order. Wish I would've done more research last night so I could've gotten it on launch day!

Just got off the phone, she "put in a request" to have my address changed, no promises tho.. I guess i'll have to wait and see throughout the week if i get an email saying it was changed, if not i have to call on monday

Just wanted to update to say that I did get my address changed with Apple. The slight time delay was because there's a different sales tax in the area I had it changed to, so I had to wait for an additional payment to go through. Everything is fine and dandy now, I will get my iPhone 5 on September 21, delivered to the correct address.
Sucks that Apple charges sales tax based on shipping address and not the billing address. I live in Portland, OR (no sales tax) and wanted to change my shipping to a San Francisco address of a family member since I'm flying out there tomorrow and will be there for the next week and a half. I ended up doing it and was then being charged I think an extra $7x.xx for sales tax. I just changed it back to my home address in Portland and will have a family member out there sign for my package on the 21st. Not willing to spend that much $ just to have it on release day. Plus it gives me something to look forward too when I get home. I always feel down when leaving my home town after a vacation.
How come I was able to change it? Does that mean it's actually shipping elsewhere?
