I'm leaving the whole will some car manufacturer use CarPlay OS instead of theirs, the data access etc. aside. But if similar mockups will be the only thing that seeps through reports to some traditional car maker CEO/infotainment design manager, I don't blame them for quick-thinking "we got it better now with ours".
