Unfortunately this is becoming more common with Apple releases. Poor operations management again.
So you equate problems to "poor management"?
Let's take a step back. Apple is continually releasing new stuff, which is in addition to the stuff that came before it. This means they have more and more to support over time, which effectively means that their job is getting harder and harder. When problems occur, it's not necessarily due to anyone doing their job poorly, but needing to adapt to increasing complexity over time. I think Apple does a STELLAR job given the immense responsibilities that they create for themselves.
Does your job get harder and harder and harder with each passing month? If it did, I think you'd have difficulties once in a while, too, and it would be cruel for anyone to criticize you for doing your best.
