The problem is that you can’t revert if you don’t like it. So it’s not a question of giving it a chance, once you opt in you’re stuck with it.I believe people should give iOS 26 and Liquid Glass a chance.
More of an N1 firmware issue than anything with the OS.I've acclimated to the translucent bling. It's fine for me. If I had a choice I'd downgrade until they repair the connectivity issues in 26.x with CarPlay though. My phone came with iOS 26, so I'm just enduring in the meantime.

yeah, fix battery life and and we will see. Thanks God it stopped update madness with iOS 17 haha no update button...yeah no apple, fix your software and then I will upgrade. They created this mess of non-compliant upgrade due to have such a horrible roll out.
I find it amazing what some people find annoying or deal breaking with 26. I messed with it enough that it is clean and nothing major or minor makes me think it’s trash or Apples worst update.
I believe people should give iOS 26 and Liquid Glass a chance. While iOS 18 wasn’t perfect until the end of its cycle, that’s not the point. I genuinely love iOS 26. Liquid Glass alone makes my phone feel brand new and luxurious. You can even tint it if legibility is an issue. The only current issue I’m facing is the clear icon bug that loads after swiping on the Home Screen. Otherwise, it’s been solid. Give it a try!
Likely so. It doesn't really change that Apple needs to repair it and it's likely going to be part of a iOS release.More of an N1 firmware issue than anything with the OS.
Connect it to a laptop (Mac/win) and then the iTunes/apple app can do it.. you need less space that way..couple years old, with touch id. it does offer ios 26 if that's what you're implying. but it requires 20gb of free space which is impossible...
