After a while that oil will begin to saturate the screen and from the heat of the macbook once you close the lid, it will adhere through a bonding process that is extremely difficult to remove without technical and clinical processes.

Has this happened with you or with anyone you know?
But this will only happen if there's a lot of pressure on the top or bottom of the laptop

----------

Get a Moshi keyboard cover and use that while you are using the computer. Once you are done, remove the keyboard cover. Residue oil from fingers problem solved.

Instead of that shall I just try cleaning it everytime?
Also shall I get a case like the speck ones to enlargen the gap between the keyboard and screen

It has happened to me. My white MB. The white line above the bright reflection is screen damage.

I had similar concerns at first, but decided that as the glass is coated, it will be fairly impregnable in everyday use.

Still, not wanting to leave anything to chance I bought the following and haven't looked back since.

This has an inner lip\guard you tuck the macbook under before zipping to stop the zip marking the macbook's case, it's also splash proof and comes with an external HDD\power supply case that fits into the front pocket.

This not only prevents oil on the keyboard, but it also prevents the keys getting shiny after a few months use, as has been reported in at least 1 other thread.

This not only protects the casing, but is nigh on invisible and so doesn't detract from the appearance. It also, as you've noted, creates a small gap between screen and keyboard when the lid's closed ...see image.

If you're the type that doesn't want to get that first scratch, I'd suggest buying some protective accessories before it's too late.

Woah the gap is huge dust can easily find its way through.
The keyboard protector and all are I feel pointless.
After watching this I'm convinced I don't need anything Hahah MacBook Pro construction-grade?: http://youtu.be/PyJmcVh0E94

The bag is great though but do you know of a bag which has a strap around it to carry it around?
