..have you tried uninstalling Flash? http://imgur.com/QB0xDXTThey can name it "OS xX RIP ST3V3 J0BS xx" for all I care. As long as they take care of the horrendous bugs, like the one where Safari crashes your computer (A problem that has persisted for many iterations of OSX), I'll be satisfied.
Pedantry is a difficult habit to shake.
Since they're already using a Roman numeral and a decimal number, they should add a fraction as well:Apple is expected to unveil the next version of its Mac operating system, OS X 10.12, at its 2016 Worldwide Developers Conference, which will likely be held from June 13 to June 17. Little is known about OS X 10.12 at this time, but it may be a more significant update than OS X 10.11, introducing Siri support for the Mac for the first time.

Oh Yeah! Now we're getting somewhere. That "Pro" has me sold.OS X 10.12 9-3/4 Special Edition Pro.
Bazinga!
Mac OS9 was the best. everything feels "disconnected" from the user in X.The last Apple OS I actually loved to use was Mac OS9. Yes I know, it was "primitive" compared to OS X, but it had a fluidity and grace that was lost in the transition.
Maybe they can recapture some of what was lost and get back to a Mac OS that puts users first.
iOS still works for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch....mobileOS would be confusing..so would phoneOSiOS will be the odd one out if they do. Will mobileOS be next?
At least Apple can count higher than Valve!Maybe they're afraid we can't count any higher....![]()
They don't care about standard capitalization. They went from iPhone 4S to iPhone 5s and 6s, which looks worse by far. It looks like the plural form for the last generation product. Then they come out with iPhone SE. Not iPhone se or iPhone Se, probably because common sense kicked in.For the love of Pete. OS X or macOS. Don't rebrand it as MacOS. It follows zero capitalization standards for the brand.
Those would be: "MacOS-Rushed to Market", "MacOS-Sadly Disappointing", and "MacOS-Should Still Be Beta"?
Maybe they could start picking bugs and use their portraits: MacOS Cockroach, MacOS Borer Beetle, MacOS Carpenter Ant, MacOS Bedbug. The Bugs are endless, kind of like the Mac OS these days.
[doublepost=1460677123][/doublepost]I've never been to kindergarten, but I was born back in MCML, when it was common not to go.
