I still have the issue where the top menu bar blinks like crazy and won't stop blinking. I need to go to System Preferences and hide it as it's so distracting.

space issue trying to install Big Sur... any thoughts? In Finder my drive shows 89.19 GB available but installer says 14.81...

I have the same bugs since 10.12... and with a new Mac and a fresh install , very weird..
So regarding continuity, if you have two user accounts linked to two different iPhones with two different iCloud accounts, if you switch between accounts the functions remain available? For me as soon as I switch account I can't use hotspot, continuity camera, handoff, nothing at all, need to reboot.
And every time I open the MacBook I have no internet connection, ive tu switch the wifi off and on..
I can’t install it even with Parallels uninstalled as something is causing an issue.
My MacBook Pro keeps crashing every time I try to install. Then when it finally boots up the fans are blowing full speed then it crashes. 🤦🏽♂️ Been messing with it all day. I can go back to the previous beta but then Safari crashes and it says Unsupported Library for my photos app. I’ll have to keep messing with it when I get off work in the morning. smh

Also, I'm finding out more and more Parallels support is a joke. Their ticketing system is a hot mess. They provided me with a solution in a ticket I filed. It didn't work. I then used the information here to get it to work. I went to go reply and advise the solution they provided didn't work and what DID work and I can't respond/reply to advise them and keep track of it. Their support isn't the best and the most common answer I've received whenever providing an issue to them "Uninstall the application by dragging to the trash can. Empty the trash can. Then install a new copy from..." Like that's NEVER fixed any of the issues I've reported. I usual find a fix somewhere else.
Any other big issues besides watch unlock and parallels? I have the same machine and have been wondering whether I should try installing over the PB1 which has been decent for me.
I finally just had to wipe my MacBook and erased everything then reinstalled the latest version of Big Sir and set up as a new machine. Everything seams to be running fine so far. 😅👍🏽
No I wasn't. After 5 crashes and a bit of research for parallels 16 to work on Big Sur beta 5 the Adaptive Hypervisor HAS to be set to apple not Parallels (Mine was set to Parallels) just trying now to update to latest windows insider release will repost if any problems exist. see screen shot below
Successfully upgraded Windows insider virtual machine 2 build 20197 with this setting!

I’m trying to figure out what your really mean by this. Do you mean in Finder you cannot properly manage documents, or programmatically (Terminal cmds or AppleScript/similar)?
If by finder you mean how could YOu be the only beta tester that noticed this and hasn’t been an outcry FULL Stop and being removed from download and advised by Apple not to be (or coders being fired internally for screwing up something so basic and crucial)?

Messages (Remember it's just called "Messages" now) mostly good for me except pinned items keep getting unpinned. Sometimes have hard time re-pinning them; it just doesn't "take."
