Not sure there is an issue to address. I use 2 gmail accts and never have any issues with either of them. Maybe how you have it setup? Or maybe delete and re-setup would help?

Yes, there is an issue to address. It is an issue that has been existing since iOS 9 released. Sometimes, my mail won't fetch on one of my accounts for a week.

Anybody else here have some issues with streaming videos where it buffers a lot even though I'm on LTE and the signal is strong at least 25mbps. But I don't have problem playing a video on Youtube app it always happen when somebody post a link on Facebook or just straight to the website.

Well now, you're just bragging because they responded to you and I am just jealous because you're special and I'm not.
:(;):mad::p:rolleyes::D

I've received feedback too when I reported the contact names not being displayed big (only numbers) being received on some messages.

They sent me a link to download a special debugging profile to enable more verbose logging for messages. Once installed appeared as an extra option in settings. They asked me to continue using my phone and when the issue reappeared to go to the new menu option and choose an option to dump the logs.

I then had to connect my phone to my Mac to download the logs and send them back via their feedback tool.

They said they're working on a simpler solution to submitting these dumps too.

Keep on submitting I reckon. There's been a few of mine they haven't responded to and I think that's fine. More feedback for them can only help.

Is this the POP3 issue thats been discussed? I get tons of email and have 4 accts setup. 2 gmail, 1 outlook.com, and ISP private deal. Gmails are setup as IMAP so maybe the issue is with POP not IMAP? I do have it set for manual though. Have the gmail app installed just for the push/notification capabilities so when it beeps or I see the red dot I know to check email on the stock app. (did this when google pulled push way back when). Dunno, as stated all mine worked fine before 9.2.1 so not sure if it fixed anything or not.

I wish they would fix the pull up options. Turning on the low power mode takes 3 clicks, and with 'Hey Siri' you can just tell it to set a timer. You can have siri also switch to lower power mode, but for those of us who don't want to speak that. Also the camera option is pretty pointless, and think the wallet access should replace the camera option, since sometimes the wallet has more than just apple pay, boarding passes, rewards cards (walgreens/etc.). Sometimes the wallet is lost in home screen area, while you can access the camera from the lock screen aside from the app which its icon is more distinguishable than the wallet.
You can access Wallet with two clicks of the home button at the lock screen. Just have to enable this in settings!

No need to throw a fit. I don't get responses back either . . . But everything I report in the Feedback assistant gets fixed the immediately in the next beta or release. Imagine if the complainers here on MR sent their devices to me so I could report their bugs; it would be funny when Apple fixed those issues as fast as they did with mine.

I have been on the public beta since it came out and have provided tons of feedback and crash reports. I have never heard from Apple. But it says so right there in the fine print we never read -- they take your feedback but will not respond directly to you as it is way too many.

My guess is that they catalog and categorize all the feedback. Then the prioritize on each category based on number of times its reported. At least this is how I do it with my team. If correct, then your concerns are in a low category and/or not too many people are complaining.

BTW - I downloaded the new beta and it crashed back to back three straight times until I was able to clear out all the apps in the app switcher. Now things have stabilized.

You do realize you can double tap home button while locked to pull up wallet yes? So no need for it in CC really.

I have received a couple responses for only a handful of feedback submissions. Contacts search bug was one of them and it was fixed. So they do respond sometimes but not necessarily always.

From Joe. I've received responses - it is rare, but l don't think feedback is about letting us know they are aware of an issue - we are helping them. Our support really does help them.

About friggin time.

Now if only these OTA Updates could actually DL over 4G LTE Cellular data. I need to waste away a lot data anyway :/

What about final fixing of the music stop when opening camera app on iPhone 6s and 6s plus????

Hmmm. After upgrade to 9.2.1 I cannot play any music without wifi being connected, or enabling mobile data. Either of which are really an option on my commute.
Tried turning off Apple Music (I signed up again for Christmas), and turning iCloud Music Library off and on and off and on... you get the picture.
Syncing from iTunes appears to work, but all the music on the iPhone thinks it's in iCloud Music Library, even when it's off.

Not happy.

They do respond to feedback
I've gotten a response saying the issue should be fixed IMG_0040.PNG

Good, because ever since 9.2 my iPhone freezes and locks up after I connect it to my car. It also randomly crashes the control unit in the car. Ford Sync for anyone who has it.

Is it just me, or has Apple's servers for updates been painfully slow the last month or so? I even switched off my wifi and tried over LTE to download stuff and it is taking 10 minutes for a standard app, and now this.
I've not noticed any issues. It takes me 7 minutes to download an IPSW, the same as it always has.

Ditto on 2015 Explorer and 2015 Focus. Both with new Sync Touch software that enables Siri. I hope this fixes it.

You do know IT IS A BETA. So, please keep your "unhappyness" (sic) constrained to Apple bug reports or roll back if you can't take it.

my phone says: please install the ios 9.2.1 public beta.
i tried this until now. but it always fails. it says: try it later or retry.
