Sure. My point was, how on earth are they going to find seriously disruptive bugs in less than 24 hours?
FYI there is no set 24 hours between Apple releasing dev release and then seeding it to PB testers. Usually if there aren't problems it goes to PB testers 1 to 3 working days later. That 1 to 3 day period is capture feedback about issues serious enough to warrant it not be released to PB testers which occasionally happens. Sometimes things get overlooked and discovered when seeded to an increased number of PB testers. Stuff happens. ;)

MacOS 13.1 won't be released until mid December, not like this minor update is being rushed any more than any other year.

They’ve been rushing a lot of releases for years. A yearly update schedule has been bad for the quality of their software

No significant issues on Ventura so far, other than same old same old with Safari, a few UI glitches with weather app's top bar background, drawer icon button not visible when on fullscreen & search input background color flickering out of nowhere.

Having said that, my god what a worthless functionality Stage Manager is, mind boggling they shipped it anyways, they should trash it and re-think the entire multitasking behavior.

Actually. I absolutely love the feature and it helps me navigate through my windows faster, than the old system that was too cumbersome. I think it definitely is more intuitive than the standard system, which often created confusion with the multiple windows. Each to his own, but don't say they shouldn't ship it, as many other love it, just don't use it.

Just for fun, let's pretend you're right. Please elaborate what would be the "standard system" and how it is SM "faster". Thank you.

Ignoring stage manager, on a M1 24” iMac, the launch and shut down of 13.1 beta 1 after being used since early Tuesday, seems quicker. So if you looking at speed that opened application windows appear within SM, likely similar.

Yea I'm sure you played with it because that's what it's for currently, playing, when you need to get work done efficiently please enlighten us how it's better than any of the already existing tools.
Wow man. You seem really worked up about this. Again, nobody is forcing you to use it.

Staying on Monterey. Only security updates now. None of the features in Ventura are exciting enough to make me update, plus I don’t want the new system settings. This will be my last Mac now.

Not even Message updates? Undo send, edit, and unread messages? I upgraded to Ventura basically just for the Message update alone.

One of the more obvious things about Ventura system settings is forgetting that you can use the pull down menu under view to see a alphabetical list view in Mac System Settings rather then look for things nestled in the groupings of the system settings window. Image courtesy 9to5 Mac. So Apple did make it easier to go to specific settings if you're aware of this.

For those unhappy with System Settings, the always-awesome Alfred has a new workflow that lets you access every individual setting directly.

A Handy Workflow to Open System Settings in macOS Ventura

Not a shill; just a huge fan. The immediate creation of this feature is an indication why.
That link has this paragraph
One minor hiccup in Ventura is that the new System Settings feature appears to be unfinished; Many of the preferences are not currently searchable in the way they were in previous macOS versions. Apple may improve this in an upcoming update, otherwise we'll look at tweaking Alfred's search to add these results.
I've previous commented "Apple can finally explore how to change/enhance system settings with each beta."
At the same time not everything needs to be accessible. Take for example the deletion of a manual time to dim screen with a default value seen on Monterey. It is now occurring automatically in Ventura.

Next beta early next week.
