It took about 12 minutes for the update to show up. Not a first world problem though. This is the update I wanted to install as soon as it is available for its performance improvements. Apple's past major releases known to brick some devices. Hope that's not the case this time.

If you want Apple's Shortcuts app, but already have iOS 12, because of beta, you can manually download Shortcuts here now within app store.
