I just got the update on iPhone 6s. Now the question is should I update from 11.4.1??

I updated my 7 plus and it’s much better. If you update now and don’t like it, you’ll have about a week to revert back before Apple stops signing 11.4.1

There's no difference between what was released today and what was released last week. There's no reason to re-install/clean install anything. If you're running the GM, you're running the final build.
