"- Support for iPhone 12 Leather Sleeve with MagSafe"
iOS 14.2: the beginning of software patches and fixes for CASES
You are years too late!
Battery cases possibly needing updates are an obvious example, less obvious is this beauty:

Sadly this idea never really took off (perhaps by the time it was feasible, glance had moved to the watch?)
But maybe Apple will at some point bring it back, when they've run out of other ways to improve cases?

Thank god they added back remaining episodes left to the Up Next area in the Podcast app. I was stupefied why they removed this when iOS 14 came out.

Hopefully this helps improve battery life compared to 14.1. My 12 Pro has been using 14% overnight with Data/WiFi/Bluetooth and Background App Refresh turned off.

There's a redesigned Now Playing widget in the Control Center that lists recently played albums that you might want to listen to when no music is playing.

I hate this. How do I turn this off. If I have my airpods while nothing is playing this just pops up on the screen. Its annoying.

I guess I will be updating all my devices today, and families. One good thing, my ipad Pro finished the update in a few min. My phone still downloading lol.

Unusual night to release software updates. Usually it's on a Tuesday night.

Wild guess: because of the US presidential election, Apple postponed the update two days to make sure iPhones and iPads were not suddenly updating while people (in the media or polling stations) needed them?

Relates have come out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays before (in some more unusual circumstances they even came out on Fridays and over the weekend too, but usually only in emergency type of situations when it comes to those days).

iOS has had dynamic wallpapers for a while now but only those floating bubbles. Given that it's possible, it's disappointing that they didn't make the new ones dynamic
I'm surprised Apple bothers. Something else to give the battery campers reason to whine.

If the updates are important for Homepod mini, they'd have to release it more or less now.
They can be ordered tomorrow, but it will be another 10 days after that until anyone actually gets one, so no rush yet on software compatibility.

Does it do this even if you don't have an AM subscription?
