I did have the 14.7 RC build on my 12 Pro Max (beta profile already deleted) and now it wants me to download the full 4.5GB over the air so something has changed since then.

watchOS 7.6 RC seems to be the same as it can't find any updates for that on my S6.

I wonder if the slightly different build fixes the Pegasus vulnerability.
Unlikely. My understanding is that there is not just one "pegasus" vulnerability. That "Pegasus" is a tool that leverages many zero-click exploits in various combinations, and that they are "proprietary" to NSO Group. Apple would have to reverse-engineer (somehow?) in order to attempt to patch it.

I say this mostly because, if Apple had patched it in 14.7 they would have said so in their statements to the Guardian, per https://www.macrumors.com/2021/07/19/pegasus-spyware-imessage-targets-activists/

Does anyone know if this fixes the issue with using Lossless Music for alarm sound? Does the music play properly when the alarm goes off? It did not for me on 14.6.

iOS 14.7 FCS (18G69)

What does FCS stand for?

Does anyone have any updates on why iPadOS 14.7, isn't showing up yet? My iPhone, and 2 Apple TVs are updated, the macos update isn't out yet, and the iPad is still showing 14.6 as the latest, and it's been a little over an hour since release. If anyone has any updated info as to why iPad OS isn't showing up yet, please share. Thanks

Read the update on the post. There is no update for iPadOS

Just saw the Update at the end of the article. This is really strange. Usually if Apple separates updates, it's macOS from the rest, but usually it's all on the same day, so Yes, the fact Apple didn't release TWO updates today is quite different. At least with macOS the RC2 article was posted, but no RC2 for the iPad., at least not yet.
