Hopefully fixes the poor battery life on iPhone 15 proDepending on your WiFi speeds and 5G in your area you can have faster data on 5G than WiFi.
it took WiFi 6E for my iPhone 15 Pro to be faster than WiFi on 5G in my area.

Yeah, it's nuts!Depending on your WiFi speeds and 5G in your area you can have faster data on 5G than WiFi.

I guess they couldn’t test that in California.”- Weather Lock Screen widget may not correctly display snow”
Boxy but not sexy. Oh that was Volvo cars lolGlad Apple was able to fix failed German engineering.
My beemer’s steering wheel just snapped off!Seems snappier... (Just had to get that one in there)
“Yo dawg, I heard you like patches fo' yo patchez”My iPhone 15 Pro Max screen became completely unresponsive to touch input and I had to do a DFU restore. I would avoid this update until it can be patched.
Final update. As part of trying to fix it they had me try to "update" it to 17.1, which bricked it. So now waiting on a replacement to ship (because there are no Apple stores near me).Even more fun. Chatting with support, they're telling me to downgrade from the beta version, but I've literally never run iOS betas. I think they don't know it was released.
In The Web Site Fine Print: (BMW not included with iPhone purchase.)Wow, I didn’t know you could charge a BMW with your iPhone. Glad they fixed that bug.
Nice wording: making the NFC unavailable, in the meantime we know the charger fries the chip like Kentucky Fried Chicken...
Nothing for iOS 16 or 15.![]()
This update shows on OTA but not on Mac. iPhone 15 pro max. updated my Mac but not showing this update nor the HomePod update.
I'm not seeing the iOS 17.1.1 update on my Mac when I connect my iPhone to my Mac. (I always update my iPhone with my Mac. I never use OTA updates.) Is anyone else having this problem?
I thought they were going to do this at one point many years ago. That and smaller updates. Alpha updates maybe? I don't remember what they're called. Maybe delta. There isn’t even an article on iPadOS 17.1.1. It claims to fix one bug: the weather widget not showing snow. I have to shutdown my iPad for ten minutes for a system update for this?
Way past time Apple moved all the built-in apps to the store. All of them. On Windows, Microsoft even has the Store app as an app that’s updated through the Store. Maybe not that far but why are we having system updates to fix widget issues?
