So odd11 GB on 17 Pro Max - holy bug fixes…?
Updated and everything is working the same as before as far as I can tell. For me that's a good thing because iOS26 has been basically flawless.Wow Friday release! TGIF! Now everyone be the guini pig for me. Prolly download in a couple days.
I have a 17 pro as well. Mine was 9 gb. Weird.
Someone high up in engineering must be going on a long weekend vacation tonight ! ‘Just get it out!’But someone on MR told us that it would NEVER release on a Friday.

Is the battery life better? Is their new modem firmware for T-mobile in iOS 26.2?Updated and everything is working the same as before as far as I can tell. For me that's a good thing because iOS26 has been basically flawless.
*The only issue I had was this one: "Fixes an issue where pre-release albums in the Apple Music library were not immediately playable at their release time". That happened when I added a pre-release album to my library. I had to remove it and then re-add it for it to work. Other than that, no problems.
Well I can't imagine it'll somehow get worse... what usually happens is it gets better than what it is right after you update.wait some days to confirm it
I wonder what Apple does when they receive bug reports like these. Do they even spend time trying to figure out what's wrong, or just immediately toss them out?Wonder if this fixed? It happens in every single iMessage chat. SMS/RCS chats seem to be exempt.

It was around 2.85GB for my iPhone 14 PM too, so I guess I feel the same way about mine.fyi 2.04 gb on iPhone SE (2020) - I suppose there is less wrong with this iOS on older phones

This screenshot alone does not indicate that's there's anything wrong. Messages take up the full screen and scroll behind all the UI elements and keyboard. That isn't a bug. If the last few messages are stuck behind the keyboard and can't be scrolled up, then that's a problem...but there's no way to tell that from the screenshot.
I installed 18.7.3 on my 15 Pro coming from 18.7.2.
I installed the RC last week. Same build number as what was released today. Was that offered to you OTA? I am not seeing 18.7.3 for my iPhone 13 Mini and as best I can tell Apple is only offering iOS 18.7.3 for iPhone XS and XR while iPhone 11 and later are required to jump to iOS 26.2 to get the latest fixes.
I would prefer to stay on iOS 18 but I would also prefer not to have these security vulnerabilities to malicious websites/JPEG files/etc.
I have been trying to update my iphone 16P and ipad mini7 through my MAC connecting it with usb cable in Finder (not over the air I dont want that). Mac keeps saying that 18.7.2 is the most current iphone and iPad version, that my software is up to date. We know that’s not true. So I haven’t been able to update these 2 devices ever since 18.7.2 came out. I escalated to apple 3 weeks ago and they have no clue. Still pending engineer investigation. Am I the only experiencing this? Any ideas or solutions ?
