No, they’re not getting the update at all.
It’s kinda a hotfix for a specific problem with the A19-equipped phones (17-series and air).

It sure gives confidence that things are well tested at Apple ...

Software update sizes have been broken since the second or third 26.0 beta for me. Huge update sizes that download way too quickly on my internet speeds to be the real sizes

Why couldn’t they issue this update sooner? I won’t have a chance to install it until July and now it likely won’t even be available anymore by then. 26.4.2 will probably be the last version of iOS 26 I install.

I experienced the charging bug a couple of times and always thought my cable or charger were faulty.

But yet, the problem didn't affect MagSafe charging. Must be a software issue accessing the USB Type C port.

Yes, even on iOS 18.7.8 there are some apps that want to be updated over and over again. You'll have to wait some time and this issue fixes itself. This is not the first time this happens - you know, "it simply works™"... 🤣

Fixed the Safari Tab bar bug (only showing compact regardless of setting) as the last few 26.x.x versions have. If the current pattern remains, it'll show up again is 26.6 and be fixed in 26.6.1.

I'd like to know how that is calculated...I started the update and about 30 seconds later it said "preparing..." and where I am I'm pretty sure I did t download 27 GB over cellular that fast even if it's 5G.
