Our Cricket team IS out sense of humor.

Merv Hughes, Shane Warne, and a captain like Ponting... Think you can take that seriously?
.

Merv the swerve the cricket ball licker :) there would probably be a law against it now, ball tampering or something

AirPlay&AirPrint didn't work well for me on iOS 4.2 (last GM) on an iPhone 4 - I updated to 4.2.1 yesterday and now they work perfectly fine!

Apart from that I haven't noticed any other changes.

Dude, they already released the same GM with a different build (8C134 and 8C134b). They almost certainly only changed the number to 4.2.1 because so many people made press releases saying NOT to update to 4.2. They've released new GM builds more than once with the iOS SDK. 4.0 had 3 GM releases with different build numbers before it came out. How short memories are...
And how, may I ask, do you know that the 8C134 build was officially declared GM? A GM CANDIDATE is not the same as a GM (Golden Master) that has been officially pronounced (internally within Apple) as being the build image for public release. You can have multiple GM candidates (that isn't rare), but once the word goes out within Apple that a particular build is accepted as GM it is very difficult to "pull" that acceptance and issue another build with the same version number. Of course, rules aren't needed unless it's possible for them to be broken, but it would be extremely rare to have different code instances where each was granted official and final GM status using the same version number.

Lastly, my memory isn't so short that I'm forgetting the many years that I worked at Apple doing both system and peripheral software development using the development, alpha, beta, GM candidate and final GM release process.

Managed to install 4.2.1 on IpodTouch...airplay works well with ATV2 (as does Last.fm, Wunderradio, podcasts, etc)

Here's the thing- using the HP iprint app, I've been able to effectively 'airprint' for over 18 months to my HP wireless printer (photos and docs)..yet when i try to use Airprint....'printer not found'.

Bloomin' ek! Does there really need to be anything more than just the Multi-tasking for the iPad! God, that's enough just to get excited about!

I really need those folders, I have ten pages of icons I badly need to compress to hide the crap that I only use once a year...

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C134 Safari/6533.18.5)

Look up Gold Master. Has nothing to due with ISO.

Update

Apple.com has "iOS 4.2 is here...Update today.", yet it is currently not available through iTunes. Although there is a lot of time left in "today".
