Oh great. I'm going to have to tie up my Internet connection for a long period of time to update my 4G iPod touch and iPad 2 for the 4.3.2 update.![]()
I REALLY hope that Apple does incremental updates of iOS starting with iOS 5.0 to save us from tying up the broadband connection for such a long period of time.
That is exactly what I meant. I'm also out of the group of people who got the 8GB iPhone. But knowing the "App Store experience" staying at iOS 3.2 for a while longer, it gets tedious quickly. Devs update their Apps, and you can't go with them. If I had the 8GB iPhone since 2010 I'd be pretty annoyed with that. It's a shame that Apple isn't at least back-porting security fixes for 3G users. No new features, just security fixes. (although that new version of WebKit would probably give them a nice speed-boost, too!)
There are still plenty of iPhone 3G users under warranty.
Just had my 16 GB iPhone 4 replaced for that same problem. Haven't upgraded yet (well I haven't even picked up the exchange unit from the store yet...)Just updated Now having a problem with people hearing me. If i use speaker phone they can hear me just fine. I have done a voice memo, and it sounds like I'm being recorded at half volume. Anyone else having this problem![]()
Can anyone confirm if the battery life has improved?

Are people firing up their lawyers because Apple does not update their iPhone 3G that came with iOS 3 when they bought it in june 2010 ? Doesn't the licence flyer in the box say Apple will supply the current iOS version +1 ?
You can 'like' a purchased track from within the music player app now, and post a comment about it. Surprised no one else mentioned this yet... Anyone else spotted any additional changes?

I picked up on this before, it was in 4.3.1 for sure
Another huge update... Apple should test their updates better.
That's strange. Not having the first problem here.3rd party apps crash, all of the themThe standard Apple apps still work.
Terrible update.![]()
