If you were jailbroken, this was a bug in evasi0n, not iOS 6.1. A fix for that came out late last week.

I guess I'll be the first to ask, I wonder if the 6.x exploits are still vulnerable in this release.
Meanwhile iPhone 5 or other users are screwed. The 4S isn't the only device with 3G issues!
Also, that darn Exchange bug.
I'm hoping that the holes have been closed and the iOS 6 jailbreak is now disabled.
