My 4S update was 920mb
Who buys a 16 GB phone? Rule of thumb, always buy the middle version of anything (not the smallest, nor the largest). That way you don't pay the most, nor pay the least. Pay the middle. All's good.
Popcorn at movie -- medium please. No I don't want to pay another $.25 for the large.
So why doesn't iPad 3 support the new LTE carriers?
I agree IOS is dying fast! Why do you think we are all waiting for Jailbreak!? For the same reason people are leaving IOS! or correct me if I am wrong?
Any body getting an error saying "failed verification because you are no longer connected to the internet?" I'm positive my connection is fine but I've been getting this message many times in a row.

UAE Etisalat still doesn't work.
I am now able to turn on LTE in menu, but it doesn't switch.
I checked etisalats 4g coverage area and I am within it.
Anyone else can check and verify?
Even if everyone on this forum IS waiting for a jailbreak, does not mean all ios users are. In fact a great majority of ios users love ios as it is, because of its simplicity and great integration into the apple ecosystem.
Because if it did then you would have no reason to buy the latest iPad...duh
It's possible you don't have the right model to support Etisalat's band. There are three different models. Check here: http://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/
According to that website, you should have the A1429 model.
Who needs more stuff when they need to work on fine tuning the OS and squashing bugs. (like they did with the bluetooth delay in this current patch). Here are the changes for iOS 4.1 and 3.1. Evidence that Apple is slipping in terms of product development.
