I bet the bugs I've had since IOS 8.0 / Sept 2014 haven't been fixed yet. But that's ok, just keep fixing the new bugs. Screen orientation working properly on a stock text app I understand is way too much to ask almost a year after release.

I've learned to like the freezing effect of the stock keyboard as well. I consider it a feature you don't even have to turn on: Auto Pissed Off.
I've noticed that since I updated my iPhone when i get a msg and it shows on my lock screen and when i swipe right to reply the msg goes to the top, but the keyboard doesn't show up. Anyone else having this problem?

Be careful if you are updating.

Apple has wiped out the passwords I had saved for some websites.

I had been using this for over a year and forgot the account number, I updated to 8.4.1 and tried to make a payment with the portal but the password and account number were erased. I checked out settings and it shows that it does not save passwords for that site anymore. Now I have to go to the nearest ATM and get my account number and may default on my payment.

Why won't Apple highlight this in their notes?

It might be the company's site you're going to, they can tell browsers not to allow the saving of login details. Maybe that site has decided to implement that change between your last visit and this one.

Make sure you're not in Private mode. Passwords don't save in that mode.

I agree. I finally decided to begin my 3-month trial last week and already see why Apple is making such a big deal about Music. I think they might have cracked the whole digital music thing.

My only issue (at the moment) - which I think sits more with iTunes Match than Music - Previous to Music, I had not enabled iTunes Match. So for Music I had Apple look at my library and "do it's thing." Well, 537 live Phish recordings later, Apple took all of those live songs and matched them their studio equivalent, making my live shows these odd compilations of studio recordings. Boo that. I have yet to dig around Apple's forums for hopefully solutions, but while I'm here... Anyone here know how to remedy?

Cheers.

I had this same problem, I called AppleCare and they suggested changing the name of the songs. I put "- Live Version" at the end of each song name. Pretty lame, but it fixed the problem and uploaded the song.

You kidding right? If you are talking about security in general, well, I guess you would be one of those people who thinks apple is perfect...yes?

Not perfect, but apparently more adept than Google as proven by "Stagefright" patch.

Haven't had that problem....my biggest issue is that about half the time, when I swipe to open the app, or turn the phone from Hori to Vertical....the text app locks. By that I mean the keyboard. It just freezes. Have to hard close the app and reopen it to correct. It's not a life ender, but damn is it annoying with the amount of time it happens. It really is about half the times I use it.

iOS 8.4.1 seems faster at downloading and installing apps over 4G on my 6+.

It also seems quicker at going back to 4G after conducting a phone call (no VoLTE here yet on Vodafone UK).

However 'a problem with this webpage occurred...' has come back with avengence!

Is that like saying that I've just had both my arms cut off, but is ok because I've just seen someone with no arms or legs.. It still hurts fella, despite what is going elsewhere..

Does this fix the multiple downloads of the same track issue?

Apple today released iOS 8.4.1 to the public, roughly six weeks after releasing iOS 8.4 with the new Apple Music service and one month after first seeding the first iOS 8.4.1 beta to registered developers for testing purposes.

Today's iOS 8.4.1 update is Build 12H321 and can be downloaded over-the-air through the using the Software Update tool in the Settings app on iOS devices.

iOS 8.4.1 is a minor update that includes under-the-hood performance improvements, bug fixes, and security updates. Throughout the testing period, no outward-facing changes were discovered in the beta, and Apple's release notes specifically mention only Apple Music improvements and fixes. It's likely iOS 8.4.1 will be one of the last updates to the iOS 8 operating system. iOS 9, iOS 8's successor, has been in testing since June and is on track to be released in the fall alongside new iPhones. iOS 9 builds on the features introduced in iOS 8 and adds both new content and underlying performance improvements.

I am experiencing skips/blips while listening to Apple Music on iOS 8.4.1. My connection is fine, it is happening on both wifi and cellular from what I can tell.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: fixed it, went back to Spotify
