Hey Apple, here's an idea: when you first launch the music app and go through the initial sign up stuff you should ask if people have playlists from other services that they'd like to import. I rarely used iTunes or the Music app so Apple Music has a very incomplete picture of my musical tastes. Not being able to import my Spotify playlists will be a deal breaker for me.

Listening to Clapton, hit "start station"....let's see what Apple has in store...

merging and replacing cloud music, hmm I keep 320 music on my phone so downgrading to 25 is no big deal, but it might be for those that want lossless, but then if you want lossless then you wouldn't want apple music anyways

Update went pretty smoothly in a few minutes. It was a very small update. Pleasantly surprised.
Can't really say anything about the Music app. The design looks pretty good to me. The "Tell us what you like" dialogue failed me though. I never really considered my taste to be very niche, but I couldn't even find a genre that I specifically like. Kind of disappointed with that.

I had the beta, and still stuck on Estimated Time remaining...

Anyone with 8.4 Beta on a 6 Plus get it to download yet?

When you click "Try Now" on Apple's Website, it takes you to iTunes and then says iTunes 12.2 is required. Which is not out yet...

When I click upgrade, it takes me to the download page for iTunes, but that version is still the previous version.

Please - someone who had Match explain how these are working together.
If you go to the front page of MacRumors there is a well detailed article explaining Match and Apple Music.

"Just like iTunes Match, Apple Music can scan your iTunes music library and upload any tracks not already included in Apple Music, making them seamlessly available to stream on all of your devices. iTunes Match will remain available as a standalone service priced at $25 per year for those who don't want to subscribe to Apple Music, but Apple Music users won't need to pay for both services.

Right now, Apple Music and iTunes Match can only handle iTunes libraries of up to 25,000 tracks (songs purchased from the iTunes Store don't count toward the limit), although Eddy Cue has said Apple is working to increase the limit to 100,000 tracks later this year as part of iOS 9."

Basically, now everything is in the cloud, like your iTunes library was in the cloud with iTunes match. They've simply made it so that "your library" is now every song they have available, and stuff you upload that isn't available to stream/on the iTunes store

Found the first bug. Apple Music works fine on my iPhone, but doesn't work at all on my iPad Air 2. I try to search for an ablum, it finds the album, but it doesn't show any songs. It also doesn't have the "For You" tab. It's like I am not signed on for Apple Music, even though both iPad and iPhone run on the same account.

So is there going to be another update in the next few days for apple pay i the uk? and iTunes update?

Installed. Already found a few artistes (mostly Kpop stars) that weren't available on Spotify. Not bad, Apple. Not bad at all....

Deletes Spotify.

Interesting because I'm finding many albums missing in Apple Music that exist in Spotify. Mostly independent label stuff.
