Should work OTA on the iPhone or from the Developer Center, if you have an account and it is not in iTunes.
I'm working on downloading on my Mac because OTA troubles with phone.

Really disappointed that Night Shift and low-power mode are mutually exclusive. It really bothers me, because it specifically affects me at the end of the day when my phone is running out of juice.
I love Night Shift! I've even installed an app on my MacBook which does the same thing. Wonder if they'll bring Night Shift to OSX at some point (if not already?)
OTA worked for me without that, but I chose to download the full version from Dev. Center. iTunes still does not work:

9.3 actually makes the phone faster for once.noticeably makes phone slower in 3, 2, 1...
Did anyone else notice that when upgrading via iTunes, their iPhone restarted and asked them to enter their passcode before it would install the update? I don't mean the usual unlocking the phone to allow iTunes to access it, but a new screen (not seen it before) that wouldn't let the update install without a passcode. Sounds like a new plan to stop people forcing an upgrade onto the phone via iTunes....
