You guys might think im crazy but i think Apple have made some serious under the hood changes with 9.3.

Every becnhmark im running on my 6S Plus is giving me consistantly higher results compared with 9.2

Upgraded my Ipad Pro and my 6+ just now over wifi. Both were on 9.2.1. So far, so good.

Any problems so far? Downloading now for my 6s on my rMBP.

Anyone else having issue with third-party Lightning cables after the update to 9.3? I have several Anker Lightning cables, supposedly Apple MFi certified, that have worked fine until now. Tried restarting the phone to no avail. This is happening with an iPhone 6 Plus and iPad mini 3, using three different Anker cables all with the same result. Apple-branded cables work fine.

Thanks Apple.

Really disappointed that Night Shift and low-power mode are mutually exclusive. It really bothers me, because it specifically affects me at the end of the day when my phone is running out of juice.

Geolocation/GPS to check location (for appropriate devices) as announced in the Special Event today... These things use substantial battery life, therefore not available while on low-power mode.

Did anyone else notice that when upgrading via iTunes, their iPhone restarted and asked them to enter their passcode before it would install the update? I don't mean the usual unlocking the phone to allow iTunes to access it, but a new screen (not seen it before) that wouldn't let the update install without a passcode. Sounds like a new plan to stop people forcing an upgrade onto the phone via iTunes....

I love Night Shift! I've even installed an app on my MacBook which does the same thing. Wonder if they'll bring Night Shift to OSX at some point (if not already?)

f.lux is available for Macs, though it would be nice to have that feature native in OS X. In the meantime:

Be sure to uncheck "Automatically Adjust Brightness" in your Control Panel System Preferences otherwise you may see some flickering.

OTA worked for me without that, but I chose to download the full version from Dev. Center. iTunes still does not work:

OTA works for me on my 6; just finished the update, though I'm in Sacramento, so I could be hitting a different mirror than you.

I am interested to hear any reports from 4s users. I'm still jailbroken on 8.4 on my 4s, only because of f.lux. If it's smooth, I may give that up.

ok, I got ask now:

is apple getting out of the computer business?

MacBook (The peace of junk that has no USB ports (last updated a year ago)
MacBook Air (last updated a year ago)
iMac Mini (last updated a year and a half ago)
Mac Pro (last updated over TWO years ago)
MacBook Pro (last updated a decade ago)

On the other hand: (All updated within the last year)

Apple TV
iPad Pro
iPhone
iPad Mini
iPod Touch
iPod Nano
iPod Shuffle

I get the feeling that is if uses iOS it gets updated but the MacOS stuff is seriously lagging.
The only Mac that has been updated in the last year is the iMac and the Retina MacBook Pro.
And Mac OS is starting to have issues that Apple has not addressed at all in the past few years.
So I ask again, is Apple getting out the of computer business?

Still not showing on my iTunes on my Mac
