Mine said 45 min to begin with, then went down to 23. All in all it took 6 minutes to download. I‘m on preparing to install right now

Updating now! You have always been able to have two Safari windows open, but that functionality now extends to other apps.

Yep, same here. Initially said 48 min. - 4 min ago. It's now at 11min.
I have to head out, by the time I get back it should be finished.

THEN...its off to update to 13.1 on my phone!

I like how this statement is obviously false, because right above it is a picture of the mobile version of Wikipedia.

You’re potentially confusing mobile sites with responsive sites. Some websites force users to a mobile version of their site rather than display a mobile optimised version of the same site. As iPad now essentially announces itself as a desktop browser this redirecting will no longer happen. Wikipedia is an example of a mobile optimised site... MacRumors site... well...

Yes. Then restart before checking for update

Anyone running the Beta version of 13.1 needs to remove the beta profile before this will update. If they don't they will properly start receiving new beta builds of 13.2 when they start on that. update is 3.05gb in size

No you don't. Just leave your iPad plugged in with automatic updates turned on and it does its own thing.
