I just updated and I'm happy to say that it finished syncing my iPod Touch 5th Gen just like it supposed to.

With 11.1.2, I did have the issue where it wouldn't finish synching. :D

I am disappointed, I want them to fix podcast playback and management. It's really not working for me in the latest iTunes. Unless I hit the random button all my podcasts play automatically and it's driving me nuts.

Nice to see Apple scrambling to fix minor issues like the Equalizer in iTunes or crappifying the Remote app for iPhone. Sure wish they would spend some time fixing iOS 7's problems. Like the Music app corrupting music on the iPhone, or syncing troubles with Mavericks, or the broken Mail app on iPhone & Mavericks. Are they seriously trying to level the playing field and bring their hardware & software to Microsoft standards? It sure feels like it lately.@:apple:

In addition to that ios 7 big list, has anyone else noticed songs skipping during playback when switching between lock screen and unlocked? Really irritating to have the track fly like a minute back when you unlock your damn phone!

Still unable to sync music to my iPhone 5s.

EDIT: Wait, clicking "Manually manage music and videos" let me resync missing music! Not sure if this would've worked in a previous version.

I'm just hoping they make the Home Sharing feature more stable. Even with a very good connection its still fickle...also I hope they bring back some great features back that they unnecessarily took out.

I had this bug when iOS 7 first released, but haven't had it happen in a while. Latest software? And did you submit a bug report?

I wonder if this fixes the issue where iTunes wouldn't download more than one App update at a time, forcing you to click the "Update All Apps" button multiple times for you to update the apps.

I would like to have my e-mail working before improvements to iTunes... I find it embarrassing that OS X could ship with non-working mail client, and hope they fix it soon, like yesterday!

I hear you.
I found the best way to deal with Podcasts is to use one iOS device. Using iTunes or trying to sync podcasts (iCloud) between multiple devices and iTunes is a disaster.

I thought that was just me having that issue as I had not read before anyone else having same problem...pffewww another bug confirmed :(

I think this will be my route when I find the time to get all my Podcasts cleaned up. My podcasts are all sorts of messed up right now when I had them quite organized and managed.

Song and Artists view performance have got much better.

Album view has got better,

Instead of freezing whiles it loads all the albums it just stutters through loading them as it goes along.

Still not great but better than before.

Timecodes

I am still waiting for Apple to bring back playlist time codes. In v.10 you can see the hours:minutes:seconds of the playlist or of a highlighted section of the playlist, which helps me because I build radio shows. v.11 doesn't have that or at least it didn't at first and I've seen no mention of it.

The only way around it is to let your iPhone/iPad update your apps automatically and then every time you connect to your Mac, the app updates will transfer to your Mac.

EQ fix! Nice! :) Well, there goes one of three complaints about Mavericks.

I know there are issues, but people are acting like it's the end of the world. Everything is good on my end so far. Knock on wood.

Or, anodized space grey aluminum.

Is there a setting for that? The auto-updates on my iPhone/iPad don't get transferred back to the mac. I have about 80 apps sitting in iTunes awaiting an update that's already on the device.

I've never considered a fresh version of iTunes making a difference with an install of iOS to iPhone.

Is it true that it does?

I'd like to think so seeing as iTunes may if had issues installing iOS, that's my throughts on it lol might do a reinstall when I get home

It's still there in iTunes 11. Make sure you have selected "Show Status Bar" from the View menu. Clicking on the status bar toggles between hours, minutes and hh:mm:ss displays.

Serious question. What do you think is a better app for music than iTunes? I feel like it's become fashionable to say iTunes sucks, but I find it to be a great app for managing my music, especially since I use iTunes Match (which does still have plenty of room to be improved, but for the most part works OK)
