Ahhhh, if you're on Windows just use the Apple Software Update application and it shows up.

Yes! Movies and TV shows can be streamed without downloading locally!

Also, you can just select to download iTunes extras to your Mac, without the movie. Awesome!

Loving this so far. :D

Edit: clicking "Play Movie" on the Extras without having a local copy downloaded also initiates streaming of the movie.

I'd like to see a similar iTunes in the Cloud feature where I could purchase a show or movie on my iPhone without having to download it locally and then later watch it on my Apple TV. I don't have enough space on my phone to download full HD videos, otherwise I'd just download them, delete them, and then go about my day. Not a necessity but it would be nice, I think.

Amazes me people are so trigger happy in upgrading to such a substantial update / overhaul. Think I'll hold off for a few days to see if there are any issues.

Because kids these days grew up with the philosophy that the latest is the greatest! The older I get the more I realize that isn't the case. I'm 27. lol.

Is this "Add to Up Next" something new, or was I just oblivious to it in 10.7?

It's cool, being able to queue up in real time, I tend to play music like that, just kind of pick songs at random, but being able to stage them up is slick.

Sometimes we Apple buyers are just too damn narrow minded... The possibility to queue has been there in Spotify and Sonos since years (almost decades). All Apple does is not fantastic and great news, sometimes just getting up to date. More so nowadays than a few years ago.

Looks really slick, love the design! Really minimalistic, yet tasteful and functional, classic Apple. If the new iTunes is in any way representing the look OS X is going for in the future, I'm sold :)

P.S. Love the mini-player view.

P.P.S. I wonder if we are already seeing some of the Ive's influence in there?

I've only played around with it for 10 minutes, but I love it so far. I like the new view, and Iove that we can keep the classic sidebar view if we want. The classic sidebar has the colors back again, instead of all grey (maybe os x 10.9 will have the colors back too). I like that we can switch back and forth between views of old and new. It's a little bit faster too. I love having the option to view all my iTunes purchases movies and shows in the view that are in the cloud, and can hide the cloud purchases too. I haven't checked out the iTunes store yet
