Apple Releases iTunes 12.2.1 With iTunes Match Fix

is this referring to song/album names and artwork being changed to different songs/albums?? I reverted to a backup of my library because it totally F'ed up all my song names and artwork. this will fix it??

Also is anyone else's artwork on iPhone totally jacked up?? I believe all the song info and album is correct on my iPhone but almost all of the artwork is switched around

iCloud Library replaces your artwork with artwork from the iTunes store, not sure if a bug or a "feature"

Does anyone know if this fixes the issue with iCloud Library? Whereby your local music on your iPhone or Laptop is updated with the incorrect cover art?

I downloaded a live album of a concert I went to (was an add on to the tickets I purchased) and I created a custom album art for it. iTunes then changed all the tracks to different album art from other live albums from that artist. :p

who wants to try it out first and see if it's fixed...?

There still appears to be no way to tell Apple Music: "I don't like this song" Because I listened to a couple of Christian rap songs, it has decided that it wants me to listen to the entirety of its explicit lyrics rap collections. The iPad version of Apple Music cannot do it either... I have to use the iPhone version of the app to tell it I don't like something.

I just realized that my entire music library is gone, aside from 13 tracks. Guess I was bitten by the bug. But where do I find iTunes Match? It's nowhere to be found in iTunes now?

Do you have an offline backup?

The music is not yours, you just have a license to listen to it. :p
What I mean is that before Apple Music I subscribed to iTunes Match. Whenever I added music to my library from a CD iTunes would either match it or upload it. Apple basically gave me a copy to keep forever. If I do this process with Apple Music it doesn't quite work the same. My understandng is the matched music will disappear if I cancel Apple Music subsription, therefore losing songs that I, in fact, own, not rent.

Ah they fixed the bug where you couldn't navigate to the song or artist from Beats 1 (or add it to Library directly). Much better.

Still no option to force upload tracks that were incorrectly matched. Live albums are the worst, especially when the album isn't on iTunes/Apple Music.

I have iTunes Match and am using the free Apple Music trial. The option to update iTunes Match is gone, and when I try to add my computer to iTunes Match it just does nothing. If I add music to my library I have no idea how to update it to matched songs from iTunes. Almost as if they disabled iTunes Match.

So what happens when to your music iTunes already matched and, wrongly, applied DRM to? Will these now be corrected or do I have to start the matching process from scratch with a backup?

iTunes is not working properly for me (newest version). None of the Radio stations work any longer, Connect gets an "error" message.

Oh well...
