Software update. Try it.

Would either uninstalling Dev7.7 or "AppZapping" it make it show up in Software Update?
You sure about that? I don't think that screenshot necessarily suggests what you are saying.

If you don't have any old iPod games, you probably won't have the icon (kinda like the Rented Movies icon). Not like I can do much with these darn games. Free updates for Ms. Pac-Man and Sims Pool, anybody?![]()

Uh... am I missing this "Applications" icon some of you are speaking of?
You have to own a application in order to have the application tab, just like you have to rent a movie in order to have the Movie Rental tab.

Could you PM me and help?![]()
Does anyone else find it interesting/odd that there isn't a new Applications tab for sync options for iPhones (like the Info/Ringtones/Music/Photos/Podcasts/Video tabs)? I assumed you'd be able to decide what applications to sync, as with other data. Perhaps it's a time-based auto-add, like how the iPhone automatically added the "send to .Mac gallery" button after the announcement of that feature, without requiring a software update?
