Wow, I was browsing a page in this forum and then decided to check Software Update. I do that, and then see this. Nice.

I'm sure the discs were finalized before 13 days ago. While it's only 13 days for us the update was most likely well under way prior to that.
I like these short lists of fixes! With so much changing under the hood, SL makes me nervous. But reports of problems have been unusually low for a new OS. An update with very few fixes reinforces that good impression.

I'm going to take a wild guess here and say that this wasn't actually supposed to be released yet, but they decided to do it since that Adobe Flash Player vulnerability is causing a lot of bad press.
I think I'll skip it. Bring on 10.6.2!

I'm sure that's the case, I was merely pointing out the fact that it was such a short amount of time between the minor release and a "patch" point release.

The link shows up fine here. On a side note, if you or anybody notices something wrong in future stories, the report button is generally the better option to go as we may not read all the posts in the thread.
I doubt it will, but I hope it fixes my iTunes 9 issue. Every time I open up iTunes 9, I get the Firewall prompt that asks me to either "Allow" or "Deny" it incoming network connections. I click "Allow", but it still prompts me. I also checked my Firewall settings and iTunes is in there.
I have tried reinstalling iTunes 9. I don't have Little Snitch or any other network monitor running. Hmmmm.
On second thought, you might as well wait until 10.6.4... just for sh**s and giggles.

What minor release and path point release? There was 10.6.0 which was a major release and then today's 10.6.1 patch or minor release.
Only 9.8 MB for my CoreDuo MacBook.
...Maybe those with an extra 32 bits have an extra 65.2 MB to download.
75.1MB update here on my 32-bit Core Duo MBP...

Apple knows there are a lot of people like you that's why the 13 day .1 release. IT"S ALL A CONSPIRACY!!!!
There is no such thing as a combo .1 update.....since....well....it's the only update.
I'm sure an offline update will be posted at some point.
