Unfortunately, it does not work. I tried something similar from Amazon and the result was the same - ghosting and flickering.
Interesting is that the HDMI connection had ghosting on 11.1 and after the 11.2 update there are ghosting and flickering. The USB-C connection has ghosting an flickering on both 11.1 and 11.2.
Pardon my potentially stupid question, but is the monitor looking for DVI-D or DVI-I? Is it a fully digital adapter?

The USB-C external displays are NOT working in 11.2

My 43" 4k is still a 30hz and it says that i have 7000x6000 61" display... downgrading to 11.0 and it works.. this is a joke!

Using 16" i9 with displayport - USB-C cable

Updating my Late 2015 iMac to Big Sur 11.2. As reported yesterday updated my M1 MacMini first.

As with the M1 MacMini this is taking a long, long, time. This isn't even counting the download time, which I know would be different for everyone.

Apple must be remotely rebuilding my iMac on a molecular level:p I shouldn't whine, I guess I'm lucky the 2015 is still supported!

2015 iMac is still pretty new on PC worlds. I mean I am still receiving Windows 10 updates for my 2011 Acer Laptops and my AMD Phenom II x4 build around 2010.

7 years of software support is not long in computer world. PCs with Core 2 Duo are still capable running Windows 10 decently well

remember when that had that MacOS and iOS lol that updated almost daily for nearly a month – guess they've been stuck at their screens like the rest of us recently

Well 11.2 doesn't fix the slow wake from sleep I get on the Late 2015 iMac. I'm guessing I'm also going to have continued nightly crashes/reboots. It is not my daily driver, but I do use it on weekends.

I feel like I've done something dumb because now, all of a sudden, I can't access my Photos library as an option for a screensaver. Was this an 11.2 change? Or did I potentially flip a switch I didn't know about?

Man, I was nervous about upgrading to Big Sur, but holy cow it was way more stable on release than Catalina.
Same here. Apparently flawless upgrade and everything seems to work properly. Even the Apple Watch unlocks the iMac, unlike with Catalina.

I am still having the same bluetooth issues I thought this was fixing. I guess there were many issues, but nothing has been fixed for me. My AirPods Max won't stay connected for very long to my iMac, the sound starts breaking up, until it eventually drops completely. Perhaps it's a combination of issues between 2020 iMac -> Big Sur -> AirPods Max? Anyone else still having issues?

It's here (Virginia) but waiting for a full TMach BU to finish than CCC so tomorrow. But on my ancient iPad Mini 2 this has triggered 30+ app updates!

So MacOS 11.2 update really made Safari snappier! I am glade that this finally happened
Still getting the spinning beach ball when I click on Bookmarks. Takes a while to load the website icons for some reason and it's really ticking me off

The bluetooth on my Logitech MX Master now works, but the scrolling stops. Any idea why?

Same here, but I'm on a 2013 MBP so just thought it was age. What computer are you on?

I had the no scrolling problem on my iMac Catalina about a week ago for an hour or so (launched Logi which was no help), but then scrolling came back. May have rebooted but not sure. I sort of ignored the problem and used the scroll bar for a while. I don't think I did anything to fix it.

Not sure about the BT fixes, my BT apple keyboard wont stay connected or just stops working all the time.. Its got worse not better.. Apple seems to have never worked out how to do BT.. audio delay, dropouts, glitches..

My Spotlight speed has been crippled since I moved my Mac mini (2018, quad core i3) to Big Sur. I rely on it so the problem is serious for me. While I see many comments about it in Apple discussions and elsewhere, there's no evidence Apple are planning to deal with it. The details I've seen about the latest Beta, 11.3, seem to confirm this.

Is anyone here aware of this problem and also optimistic about a fix?

Got one bluetooth drop for my Apple wireless keyborad today while in FaceTime audio call with Airpods Pro. Airpods kept connection but sound was bad quality for a minute or two until keyboard dropped connection. Everything restored by itself in few seconds.

After the 11.2 update on my 2018 mini I got "This content can't be played on this Apple TV" error when I tried to stream movies from my local iTunes library on my mini to my ATV. Re-authorizing my computer in iTunes fixed the issue.

I only mention this since I am still using iTunes via Retroactive.

It's been 3 days since I updated. Not one disconnect or lag so far. (Mac Mini M1 16G)
In 11.1 I would have seen around 5-7 stutters and at least 3 disconnects in this duration of time.
And the snappiness of the system seems to be decreased by 5%.

It still surprises me how much Apple can do with just software updates.

What concerns me a little is how inconsistent everyone's experiences are. Some of us are having extremely positive experiences with Big Sur and the 11.2 updates. Others have systems with continual issues - especially with M1 hardware. This is why I ended up staying on Mojave for so long before upgrading to Catalina - especially with an eGPU.

I really hope Apple can begin to get things more stable consistently for all users across all hardware soon instead of us having to wait until Big Sur 11.7.x
