I believe the culprit here is the new Bluetooth-stack Apple has been using. The option for Bluetooth-devices not to wake the Mac from sleep is missing here.Since updating to 12.2 my 2020 iMac wake from sleep every minute:

Is there any way to fix this, beside shutting the mac down, which I do not want?
What helped me is physically shutting off my Magic Trackpad, then the Mac would stay in Sleep Mode (I am using a wired keyboard).
So my advice is to shut off any Bluetooth devices immediately when sending the Mac to sleep. AirPods don’t seem to be affected.
Not convenient but way more convenient than permanently shutting down the Mac.
