It seems I at least have a bug from 15.3.1 that locks me out of account if particular peripherals are connected. I am in currently, but apparently is a bug; some others are affected but don't know how prevalent.

Got it installed on my M1 MacBook Air on Monday evening during dinner, and we also updated the teacher's station's M3 iMac with it that day in my college's video editing lab.

So during that time I did my videotape digitizing one one of the student M3 iMacs. Today we're going to update the rest of the iMacs in the editing lab to MacOS 15.3.1.

One other side effect for me on my MacBook Pro 16, M4 with 15.3.1 is my postgresql@17 installed through brew stopped working. I uninstalled, reinstalled postgresql@17, still came up with same error. This has been working great until the 15.3.1 update. Luckily, I was able to move back to postgres@16 and everything works with that.

Apple today released macOS Sequoia 15.3.1, a minor update to the macOS Sequoia operating system that came out last September. macOS 15.3.1 comes a few weeks after the launch of macOS Sequoia 15.3.

Mac users can download the ‌‌‌macOS Sequoia‌‌‌ update through the Software Update section of System Settings. Apple has also released macOS 13.7.4 and macOS 14.7.4 for those who are running older versions of macOS.

According to Apple's release notes, macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 includes important security fixes, and it is recommended for all users.

I get prompted daily to upgrade to Sequoia from Sonoma. I also read the Apple Community Forums daily which, I understand Apple Support doesn't actively monitor BUT it if Apple would state what has been addressed with updates people would be more likely to upgrade. Printer compatibility, External USB issues, External Monitor issues, NAS connectivity, etc.
