It's on every display, mate. I have three monitors connected to my Mac mini, and the animations are laggier than hell… Updating now. Can’t get worse than this. Hope with OS 27 we get a Snow Leopard update.
Really? My MacBook Pro m4 pro doesn't have this issue. My 5k LG and 4k OLED 240hz connected to the M3U don't have this issue. Just the 6k. On occasion, the animations are normal but I'd say 95% of the time they are crap.

Did Apple replace the “Check for Updates” button with an insurance button?
All i see in settings is a “Upgrade* Coverage” button.

By far the quickest update I can recall in quite some time. ~16 minutes, start to finish. 16" M1 Pro

Violently swiping up and down seems better, but let's check after the system has been in actual use for one week without a restart. Then things can be messy.

Apple still did not fix the Dock Folder jump issue (when Dock Magnification is enabled, the Dock Folder abruptly jumps approx. 10-15pixels down as the user moves the cursor after a brief pause). FB20761846, opened in October, 2025.

Update: it's not...still goes all over the place...unbelivable

At least the pinned tabs are fixed now when switching tab groups in Safari

It seems that they finally started tweaking Exposé/graphics performance. Much smoother now with external display connected to my MBP M1. Finally. 🙂

Safari now renders tabs correctly after not viewing them for a while. Previously, I would have to click on the URL bar and hit enter to reload the page or nothing was rendered. That fix alone was worth the update for me.
