This update is not for the AirPods Pro 2 just for AirPods Pro 1 and older modelsAPP2 USB-C: 7A305, somehow?
I've always found this site to be odd, either not updated in a timely fashion or only listing the current version that the new firmware updates.Apples website

7B13d is a beta firmware, which is why you don't see it on that site. Take for example the APP2. The latest version is 7B13d, yet the linked site still shows 7A305. I've noticed that this seems to be true for every firmware availability.
Is it? Then this happened to me before also, yet I didn't sign up (never have) to be a tester. How can I check or uncheck if it is activated?7B13d is a beta firmware, which is why you don't see it on that site. There was a report that they had "accidentally" pushed a beta firmware to the public release channel. Apparently this, indeed, is the case.So having APP2 with a recent firmware update to 7B13d, it's become obvious that there's betas being pushed out to me. I never signed up for them and it appears, only my AirPods are affected. I looked in Settings for the AP and iP and there's no option to select or deselect. There's a couple other members here who appear to be confused by this also. So it's a niche bug to call AC about or anywhere else I can look?
Cannot remember reading about it but this sounds exactly what is actually happening. Cheers for the reply. There was a report that they had "accidentally" pushed a beta firmware to the public release channel. Apparently this, indeed, is the case.
So I've just contacted AC. Initially they said they don't provide active support to beta versions, which is all fine and good but doesn't address the issue that it is being pushed onto my AirPods. Apparently the beta 7B13d that appeared after being on 7A305, isn't even the latest beta version. There was a report that they had "accidentally" pushed a beta firmware to the public release channel. Do you recall who published this? There was a report that they had "accidentally" pushed a beta firmware to the public release channel. Apparently this, indeed, is the case.
I believe I saw it on 9to5Mac. Not sure if it's kosher to provide the link here, but it's a post from 10/15.Do you recall who published this?

Firmware 7B19 unfortunately doesn't fix (at least on my new APP2) the issue I've been seeing shortly after I started using my APP2 about a week ago, which is that none of the Noise Control options work--"Off" lets in more sound than "Transparency", so that "Transparency" actually sounds a little muffled by comparison, and "Noise Cancellation" is about the same as "Transparency"--slightly muffled sound. All these options worked for just a few hours when I first started using my APP2, then they stopped working. I've unpaired and then re-paired them with both my iPhone 15 Pro Max and my M1 Macbook Pro 16 inch, and I've drained their batteries by leaving them out of their case and running until their batteries reached zero charge, and then I recharged them, but this didn't help either.7B19 Firmware has just been unleashed by Apple and it enables the hearing test feature, hearing aid feature, and hearing protection features. This is for the Airpods Pro 2 in conjunction with running iOS 18.1.
