Anyone tried installing the beta on APP2 yet?

If yes, is there any luck with the sound panning / shifting / imbalance issue being fixed please? TYIA

How long did the beta update take to show up? I’ve tried multiple things to get it to show, but nothing has worked so far.

Also the Developer option in settings has disappeared after an iPhone reboot, does that matter?

Not showing for me either on AirPods Pro 2. If developer option in iOS settings has vanished you need to plug it into a Mac with Xcode running again. I have to do that after every iOS beta.
But if I’ve already selected the device to enable the beta is that not OK? Or do I always need the developer option showing for it to work? Bit of a faff!

I dunno - having it showing hasn’t let my AirPods get the update so I don’t think it makes much difference.
I agree, it’s a pain that it vanishes after every iOS update. Poorly thought out.
How long have you been waiting for the update? I have a few days left of the 14 days so wanted to see if it fixes things before I commit.

I'm a little concerned with this new firmware on my 2ng gen AirPods Pro. I have had these for about a month and during that first month, the ANC has been mind blowing! They performed amazingly on a cross country flight. Best ever ANC, way better than my Bose QC35 and 700s on a flight. I use them every day sitting at my desk with my Heat Storm HS-1500-PHXG space heater a foot away from my left leg keeping me warm. Up until the latest firmware update a few days ago, I couldn't really hear the space heater's blower. However, today, with the latest firmware, I'm hearing it and quite well with ANC enabled. WTF Apple???
