I like the integration of iTunes into notification center on DP5. The banner is a little smaller than I would like so I will probably continue to use SizzlingKeys as well.

LOL, I should've been more clear because surely you're right. I just meant that at $20 you can install on unlimited Macs in your household. A Windows license at any price is for 1 PC.
I am not a fan of this "flat" trend! Bring back skeomorphism or however you spell it. I prefer the old notes.

And not only that but the prices for Windows Vista, Windows 7 And 8 alone is Outrageous so I wouldn't complain about the price we pay cause it's one hell of a lot cheaper
IMAP syncronizes mail changes to the server and all devices....POP3 does not.
Why does Mavericks have the old Game Centre icon?? I thought they were changing it.

Well, they are more expensive because MS is a software company. Apple can give away iOS and sell OS X cheap because you've forked over your cash when you bought their hardware.
The notes say you need the prior versions to see the update, so not combo update.
Flat isn't all bad. But I feel like Ive's take to it is kinda over the top (ditches too much style in some parts IMO).

Yes and somewhat but not really. You can buy the cheapest Mac mini with Lion or Mountain Lion installed and still upgrade Mavericks for $20, if that will be the street price. And don't forget that Windows is subsidized so every time someone buys a new PC Microsoft gets a piece of the pie so they are making money when people buy PC's and then more money when the customer upgrades to the next OS.
Also for the record, Apple is not giving away iOS, people are paying a recurring cell phone charge for the iPhone plus 3G services on the iPad. iOS is recouping funds for the engineers.
