Well, it also includes a different version of the processor that's 2.5Ghz vrs 2.4 and has a 6MB cache instead of 3MB.

And a 250GB HD instead of 200GB.

But yeah, that's a big premium.

I got another year or so before I need to upgrade my first gen intel MBP, but is this what people have been waiting for or is it a very small incremental improvement? just curious.

twice the L2 cache on the 2.5 Ghz, FWIW. Still, $500 seems a lot for that, 100 mhz, 256 vram, and some HD space. 2.4 is definitely the sweet spot now.
