On my XS as well. Seemed to have resolved itself for a while, but then stopped working again. Extremely frustrating as that's how I access most of my lesser used apps.

It looks like the second release did not fix the mail issues. They’re loading better for me but then I went on my Mac yesterday and all the emails I’ve been deleting over the last few days were still there
Anyone notice that some of the cloud icons next to offloaded apps is orange instead of white? I'm curious if this is to flag apps that haven't been used in a while or recently offloaded apps.
Another issue I've had with all the betas is running current version of watchOS whenever do not disturb is set on the phone, will set on the watch, but when dnd on the phone is switched off (automatic as with dnd while driving or scheduled) it doesn't toggle it on the watch. watch has to be manually toggled off.
