QuickTime still doesn't work with Safari 3

Still can't watch the iPhone commercials on Apple's website using Safari 3. OS 10.4.10, latest QT, too. but they work with Firefox. Not a good impression for Apple and Safari.

Been working fine, now crashes twice before working for me. Don't know. Well at least I am helping them sort out the bugs.

Running Safari 2 and 3 at the same time.

I don't know what's going on for you, but it does work for me. S2 runs fine, and I can even have both S2 and S3 running at the same time. Here:

So how did you do this? If you just download Safari 3 and installed it, it writes over Safari 2. I make a copy of my Safari directory (renaming it Safari 2) and then installed Safari 3. In that way I can no longer run Safari 2.

Now working in Virtual PC

This was nice. Safari Beta 3.0.2. for Windows is now working in Virtual PC (XP) on my G4. Before the update, it would just crash on start up. I didn't really need to have it. Actually, maybe I'll check compatibility with the sites I design by adding it to the list of other Windows browsers. I guess more than anything I was curious to try it out for myself and see what's up.
