Assuming you mean iTunes 12... no. You could always try seeing if iTunes 11 will install over your current iTunes build and hope that Software Update wants to bring you back to 12. Other then that I have no idea.

I already found out, the updates are located in the /Library/Updates Folder, installed manually.:)

How stable is it? Would you put it on your Dailey driver?

PB1 was stable but had a lot of bugs that would keep me from using it on a production machine.

The last iteration of iTunes was highly buggy.

As well, from PB1 it was impossible to access your iCloud documents without using the new iCloud drive. But if you use that, then your other non-beta machines couldn't access the iCloud documents.

Not sure yet about PB2. But PB 1 for me was a 100% no-go on a production machine.

I don't care about color or lack of at this point. It's function that I'm concerned about. And there are some major function issues, especially with this search pop up. I really wish they would nix it and go back to the old way. it worked so much better.

If you're referring to how iTunes 11 changed search from narrowing down your list (the old search) to offering a popup list of items (the new search), you can still revert back to the old search method.

Click the magnifying glass and then deselect "Search Entire Library". That causes it to revert back to the way search had been done for many years. At least it does for iTunes 11 on Windows.

Looks like there is a new "Recently added" at the top of the library in iTunes 12 when viewing music by Albums.

Edit: There's also a 'recently added' section that sorts your music added within the past day through the past three months in the Artist view (you have to scroll up to the top of the artists list on the left.

I had this issue on beta 1 where dragging pictures from Safari to the desktop would take AGES to save. Hopefully that is fixed here in beta 2.

Can you guys stop downloading for a minute? ;)

An error has occurred.
Didn't get a response from the Software Update server (swscan.apple.com).

I've seen this message at least 3 times. I assume the server is busy with everyone else.

Am I the only one who absolutely hates this new iTunes 12 release? I mean seriously, where is the color? It's so hopelessly boring looking...

My expectation for iTunes has gotten so low that I am happy that Apple is at least trying to make it better.

If I was Eddie Cue, I would probably rename iTunes to Music, and make it only about music (with perhaps Beats Music thrown in) just as iBooks is only about books. Similarly, I would rename QuickTime Player as Videos and make it all about movies and TV shows.

For syncing non cloud-based media contents to iOS devices, I would resurrect iSync.

Apple Releases Second OS X Yosemite Public Beta, iTunes 12 Update

Would anyone say roughly whether or not this is any more or less stable than DP6? Just out of interest; I only have DP6 on my backup machine.
