Mine did the same, iPhone 7 Plus as well, and it took a restart.Getting an unable to verify message.

As responses subsequent to yours pointed out, the beta that Apple released on the afternoon of Nov 3 (iPhone X release day) appears to have been 11.2 beta 2 (which is apparently the same beta being released now for other iPhones). I have not noticed the 'i' autocorrect bug on my iPhone X since setting it up Friday night. Not seeing it quite yet on my X.
By a hard reset do you mean where you hold down the power and home buttons until it turns back on? If so I did that too.
I see. So no Apple Pay Cash for us until Beta 3 it looks like.As responses subsequent to yours pointed out, the beta that Apple released on the afternoon of Nov 3 (iPhone X release day) appears to have been 11.2 beta 2 (which is apparently the same beta being released now for other iPhones). As an aside, if you upgraded to 11.2 beta 2 so that you can "Restore from Backup" on your new iPhone X, note that performing such a restoration appears to remove the beta profile from your system preferences. I had to re-download the public beta profile from beta.apple.com after performing the restore from backup.
Any word yet on battery life with this new update? It was so bad on Beta one that I rolled back to 11.1 after a day. I could actually watch the battery percentage tick down while the phone was sitting on my desk.
Edit: Just kidding.... card just showed up in Wallet for me.
I had issue verifying update. Resetting network settings fixed this for me.
Unless you're plugged in the download won't happen if you're under 50% battery.Tried that too.
Still won't verify. Something wrong on Apple's end.

Restarting my phone, deleting and downloading the update again, and even resetting my network settings have not fixed the problem of the update not verifying.
It's not my end that's the issue.
Same for me. Did not reset network settings because it's a pain but I did hard reset and still get the same silly message about no internet connection. Clearly an Apple server issueSame issue here.

How do you delete a Software Update that you have already downloaded?I also had the "could not verify" error. Deleted the update, redownloaded it, and now it is installing like a charm!

How do you delete the download? I OTA’d it on my 8 and Air 2, can’t verify either. UK based.
