Well my AW Ultra 2 didn’t have any drain until this release.
Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t.
Or maybe it’s both: intention and incompetence 😂
Cause there is no Ultra 3, or else they would implemented that.

There’s been a few days where my AW Ultra would just completely drain in 5-6 hours. A reboot was required to fix it, glad they’re addressing this in the update.

Can’t seem to tap on many buttons, it’s not responsive. Wanted to power cycle it but can’t turn off the watch because the power button is non-responsive. Seems like major regression bugs in this update.

Same here on my WS10 running 11.0.1. Mine started after I noticed my watch wasn't ringing for the last two calls. I unpaired it via my phone and when trying to get the watch connected by entering a 4-digit passcode, the buttons wouldn't work. I was able to hold the side button to power off the watch, but then it would not let me press the Power icon in the upper right corner. This process of repairing happened 3 times without success. Took it to the AT&T store (a 5-minute drive) and of course, it allowed me to press buttons to make me look stupid. A bug is there. However, repairing the watch fixed the sluggish gear control when scrolling through the apps and I think there is a bug when having a conversation with someone and trying to turn the volume up. This is not working well for me.

Hello to everyone.
A workaround for the haptics bug seems to have been found:
Settings -> Sounds and Haptics
-> RingTone -> Haptics -> Synchronized (Default)
-> Text Tone -> Haptics -> Synchronized (Default)
-> New Voicemail -> Haptics -> Synchronized (Default)
-> Calendar Alerts -> Haptics -> Synchronized (Default)
-> Reminder Alerts -> Haptics -> Synchronized (Default)
-> Default Alerts -> Haptics -> Synchronized (Default)

These settings need to be changed on your IPHONE, not the Apple Watch.
This and especially the Default Alerts fixed the third party app haptics for me.
