Same here. I went ahead with the update (taking a chance) and no problems. Good thing. When I updated to OS2 a while back... It did reset my daily activity bar. Today, however, updating to 2.0.1, my bar and progress did not get affected at all.

Trolls like him should be ignored.Hey, since the OP has counted and there's only a dozen or so of us, we ought to get to know each other better. Ought to be easy enough to remember than many first names. Hi, I'm Carl.
Very happy with my Apple Watch, BTW. Not the best computer ever, but definitely the most informative and accurate watch I've ever had.
You had the same idea as me, by posting here. It hasn't fixed the issue for either of us, but I'm hoping a little more exposure will get this answered.Did this fix the issue with digital touch coming from icloud email instead of phone number for anyone? I'm still getting that issue. I haven't found a solution yet.
Since 2.0.1 my Watch doesn't do sound when receiving notifications. ONLY VIBRATES!!!! Anyone having the same issue?

Frustrating that my iPhone needs to be on wifi to download the 60Mb update! No wifi here at work, so I'm stuck waiting until I get home.
It's just in the list, that list is not in any particular order. You're making a mountain out of a molehill...
Check that mute on the watch is off. Mine randomly mutes itself. Hoping this update fixes this issue since this affects others as well.
as well as finding my watch depleted in a day (which may be part of that bug or a different one, dunno)
Will do. I will update in the afternoon. At first, I thought it was the multi color (I'm still not convinced it isn't) So I changed to solid and it seemed to do better. Then I changed my workouts to the morning and I noticed ever other day it would be dead or dying by like 1pm. I took my watch off to charge and the green sensors would not turn off. After resetting the watch it did better. It's a sporadic thing and I hate having to look at my watch to see if it would make through the day. On Saturday, I wore it from 9am to 3am in the morning and it still had 35%. So buggy now. Hopefully it fixes it.
Thank you,I appreciate it. I took mine off the charger at 8am on Saturday. By 2:30pm I was down to 10%. I'll let you know what the Apple Store says as well. I hope this fixes you're too.
Thanks again.
Hoping this fixes the random battery drain that affects my (and a few others I've read of) watches occasionally. It's super weird how some days it'll drain even when I haven't used any apps. A restart usually fixes the issue but a patch would be better.
Yep I'm hoping for the same, as is my wife. Very peculiar when the drain happens. No rhyme/reason that I can tell that triggers it. It's VERY infrequent - maybe once a month - perhaps longer. Hopefully this fixes it!
Pretty sure this is a feature, not a bugSince 2.0.1 my Watch doesn't do sound when receiving notifications. ONLY VIBRATES!!!! Anyone having the same issue?
Terrible experience updating, unsuccessfully so far, getting error message that update is unsuccessful because not connected to Internet. Not true, but still no update.
Apple today released a new software update for the Apple Watch, upgrading watchOS 2 to version 2.0.1. The update comes one month after Apple first released watchOS 2 to the public with new features like Nightstand mode, native apps, new watch faces, and more.![]()
The 2.0.1 update can be downloaded through the dedicated Apple Watch app on the iPhone by going to General --> Software Update. To install the update, the Apple Watch must have 50 percent battery, it must be placed on the charger, and it must be in range of the iPhone. watchOS 2.0.1 requires iOS 9.1 or iOS 9.0.2 to be installed on the iPhone. The watchOS 2.0.1 update includes a whole slew of bug fixes, as listed above, and it also includes support for the new emoji also made available in OS X with 10.11.1 El Capitan and iOS with iOS 9.1.

Release notes say it should. Could be worth double checking iMessage settings on phone as to where the default 'send from' is set as.
But bug fixes actually can require more resources than new features when those features are small. It is simply not logical to assume that new emojis required more resources than ironing out problems in the code.Because it's a main bullet point of the update. Had emojis been a side note along with other larger features, I'm betting he wouldn't think that.
Release notes indeed say that it should. That doesn't appear to be the case.

For most, it seems to have fixed it. Thus my suggestion in the rest of my post.
I did put a + sign to make the 10 feel good about their purchase...
I asked because I haven't seen anyone confirm that it fixed it for them. I am seeing numerous complaints from people that it didn't, however.
And yes, my settings are correct.
